Quick note
All resources here are in development, and we welcome any feedback! We've tried to make our workbooks as accessible as possible. When complete they will be fully editable on any standard PDF viewer, including most web browsers. We've also included dark and light versions - dark is best if you crave attention grabbing colour, light is best if you are overstimulated easily and prefer softer colours.

Getting Started: Core Values
We recommend starting with this workbook to make changes in line with your values, and aid you in your journey of accommodating and advocating for yourself. Making changes to support our wellbeing can feel overwhelming, especially when the world has not always made space for our needs.

Exploring Sensory Sensitivity
*Early Access. This workbook guides you through identifying and managing your own sensory experience. It is common for those on the spectrum to experience differences in how they experience the world, and hopefully this workbook is both validating and helpful. (Dark version, coming soon!)

Neurodivergence and Information for Loved ones
This workbook is aimed at friends, parents or carers of a neurodivergent person, and explains what could be helpful when providing support. It will also be helpful for anyone interesting in finding out more about neurodivergence! (Dark Version, coming soon!)
